  • Emergency services at time-and-a-half rate

  • One-off paid consultations for bespoke matters

All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment or breach of these terms.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the time-based and digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced, documents have been prepared, or resources accessed/downloaded.

If a refund is requested prior to any service being provided, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We treat your information with the highest level of confidentiality and care. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle and protect your data.

7. No Guarantee of Results
